When will my order arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) and arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. Shipping is free on all US orders. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Understanding tracking updates
- Label created – your order is packed and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.
- In transit – the carrier has your package and it's on its way.
- Out for delivery – your package is on the truck and should arrive today.
- Delivered – the carrier has delivered your package. If you can't find it, check around your door, with neighbors or your building's mailroom.
