Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the budi USA online store, operated by Keshav Electronics LLC ("we", "us", "our").

Free US delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific Time, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by signing in to your account.

Trade and bulk orders

Large trade or pallet orders may ship separately or by freight. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date for these orders.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will work with the carrier to resolve it and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
