Every budi product sold by Keshav Electronics LLC (budi USA) comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for example a charger, cable or power bank that stops working, or a part that arrives faulty.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or scratches
- Damage from drops, liquid, misuse, accidents, or use with incompatible or faulty equipment
- Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us
- Replacement parts damaged during installation
- Lost or stolen items
How to make a claim
- Email info@budiltd.us with your order number, a short description of the problem, and a photo or video if possible.
- We'll review your claim and reply within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we'll send a replacement of the same item (or an equivalent if it's no longer available), or a refund if a replacement isn't possible.
This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
