This website is operated by Keshav Electronics LLC, trading as budi USA ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Online store terms

We make every effort to display products, colours and specifications accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order (for example, where a price or product was listed in error), and to discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
3. Compatibility
Products described as "For Apple", "For Samsung" or for other brands are compatible accessories and replacement parts. They are not made or endorsed by those brands unless stated. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility. Replacement parts should be installed by a qualified technician; we are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
4. Trade accounts
Trade pricing is available only to approved business customers. We may approve, suspend or close trade accounts at our discretion, and trade prices, minimum order quantities and terms may change.
5. Discount codes and offers
Offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Education discounts require verification of eligibility.
6. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
