We want you to love your budi products. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for purchases from Keshav Electronics LLC (budi USA).
30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and tags.
How to start a return
Email us at info@budiltd.us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Items that can't be returned
- Items that have been used, installed, damaged or altered after delivery (including replacement parts that have been fitted to a device)
- Items without their original packaging
- Gift cards and final-sale items
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can make it right at no cost to you. Defects that appear later are covered by our 12-month warranty.
Return shipping
If the return is because of our error or a defective item, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
Trade accounts
Returns of trade and bulk orders may be subject to the terms agreed in your trade account. Please contact us before returning bulk quantities.
